The Legends Club Luxury Condominium development will consist of a total of three separate buildings.

  • 16 Units in first building
  • 12 units in middle building
  • 16 Units in 3rd building (1st and 3rd are identical)

There will be a total of 44 units and a total of five floor plans to choose from.

The Woods, being the biggest unit will have exclusive detached 2 car garages. Only the owners of the Woods will have a 2 car detached garage, all other units will have single attached garages.

  • The Palmer is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the first floor with 1822 sq. ft. $343,500
  • The Nicholas is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the first, second and third floors with 1830 sq. ft. $343,500
  • The Nickelson is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit on the second and third floors with 2042 sq. ft. $433,500
  • The Norman is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse (top floor of course) with 2734 sq. ft. $638,500
  • The Woods is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse with 2791 sq. ft. and is the largest unit for $653,500

Construction on the first building will start mid summer or after 12 units are sold, total build out we expect to be 36-48 months for the entire complex of 3 buildings. Construction on 2nd and 3rd buildings will take place after the construction of the first building is complete.

Entire complex will be walled in with brick and stone columns along with wrought iron fencing, will be very private and gated.
